Front of House Staff – Park Hotel Diss
Location: Park Hotel Diss, 29 Denmark Street, Diss, IP22 4LE
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Park Hotel Diss is looking for experienced Front of House Staff to join our team.
The role will include working across the bar, restaurant and reception areas, helping to provide a friendly and professional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders and process payments.
Assist with bar and restaurant service.
Support hotel check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries when required.
Keep front-of-house areas clean, tidy and organised.
Work well as part of a team during busy service periods.
Requirements
Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant or hotel experience is required.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, presentable and able to work well under pressure.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
