Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Healthcare (Defendant)
Location: Australia (flexible across offices or remote)
At Kennedys, our Healthcare team continues to go from strength to strength. As part of our ambitious growth strategy across Australia, we are looking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our nationally integrated practice.
You will work closely with Cindy Tucker, Anjali Woodford, Maya Parbhoo, and Natalie Orola, leaders in the healthcare litigation space, on a broad mix of complex, high-value and often sensitive matters.

ABOUT YOU:We're keen to hear from experienced lawyers who:
Are operating at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level (or equivalent)
Have strong defendant experience in healthcare / medical negligence
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value litigation matters independently
Bring sound technical ability alongside commercial judgement and client focus
Are collaborative, pragmatic and motivated to contribute to a growing national practice
