Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide helpful recommendations for local attractions or amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar, and service stations throughout your shift
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver excellent service without delay
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and serving techniques is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and cash register transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
