Chef – The Old Red Lion, Welham
The Old Red Lion is a cosy, traditional countryside pub nestled in the charming village of Welham, just a five-minute drive from Market Harborough. As we’re based in a rural location, applicants will need their own transport.
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Chef to join Audrey and our fantastic kitchen team.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves great food, takes pride in what they do and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the kitchen. You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment, enjoy being part of a team and have the experience and enthusiasm to help us deliver consistently high-quality dishes for our guests.
Our menu showcases a varied mix of British classics and international favourites, with food served daily from 12 midday until 10pm.

Working pattern
- Typically 5 days per week
- Food service from 12pm–10pm
