Production Team Leader – Laminate Panel Manufacturing
Established in 1978, we are manufacturers and designers of Composite Panels and Systems. Mainly operating in the Commercial Vehicle sector, our Panel Manufacturing plant in Pocklington, East Yorkshire is seeking Full-time Permanent Production Team Leader.
We need self-motivated individuals who can work well in a team and take responsibility for a small Production Team. You will have previously worked on CNC Machinery, Beam Saws, and Panel Laminating Glue Lines. Ideally, you will also hold a current Counterbalance FLT Licence.
Being punctual and reliable is a must. We are seeking a long term, hard-working candidates, who will grow and develop with us.
Hours of work: 07:00 - 17:30, Monday to Thursday, with 1 x 15-minute break and 1 x 30- minute lunch break (40 Hours per Week).
Salary: Starting Salary is to be discussed at interview and will be commensurate with experience.
Duties
· Be motivated to learn and develop your skills, and those of your team.
· Ensure the Health and Safety of yourself, and your colleagues at all times.
· Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
· Load and Unload, when necessary, sheet materials onto Automatic and Semi-Automatic bonding lines.
· Work with the Machine Operators to ensure Production Plans are being followed.
· Ensure Quality Standards are adhered to, measuring and checking materials according to given dimensional tolerances.
· Record Reject and Scrap data as required.
· Monitor teams timekeeping and peerformance.
