Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive team member to join our team at Kings18. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and delivering exceptional guest services to our clients at the venue.
This position requires a strong ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hospitality from beginning to end of shift.
Duties
- Provide assistance and host our virtual golf bays in the venue
- Set up and assist with bookings on any activity within the venue
- Liaise with other team members for turnovers of activities, cleaning of private rooms, used tables and areas of the studio that require cleaning.
- Delivery of food to areas of the studio where clients are situated
- Making and serving drinks to our required standard
- Taking and answering calls to our venue, providing information in a clear and respectful manner.
- Cleaning all area in the venue including areas such as toilets or kitchen.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Any certification such as Food Hygiene, First Aid or other courses (Not essential, but preferable)
- Previous experience using Trackman Golf Technology or other simulation software (Not essential)

Hours
Please do not apply unless you are over the age of 18 and have availability across the weekend. Must be able to commit to one weekend set shift a week with the opportunity to pick up more shifts on both weekends and weekdays.
Pay
Under 21 - £10.85
Over 21- £12.71
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
