The Operations Manager at Lauderdale House is vital to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our wide-ranging programme of events, arts, heritage and education and, at the same time, with the support of the Events and Operations teams take responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep and statutory compliance of this Grade II* listed building.

This role manages multiple members of the staff team, along with the freelance stewarding team. Relevant experience of working in a venue and delivering events to a high standard along, line managing staff, project management skills and understanding of best practices for health & safety are required. This role will involve regular weekend working and requires you to be available to work any day over the 7-day period, in line with business needs.
Full-time, 35 hours per week; permanent contract
£37,818 per annum, 25 days holiday per year
