We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our friendly team at 1st Car Hull. Part of the Right Car Group
About the Role:
As an Aftersales Advisor your day to day will consist of:
- Supporting customers with service bookings and enquiries
- Assist with parts ordering and quotations
- Help manage workshop scheduling and job control
- Ensure accurate documentation and attention to detail in all service records
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in the motor trade
- Proven experience in the motor industry
- Great attention to detail
- Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a small team
