About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join and help shape our private musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy practice in Cranleigh. This is a key leadership role combining clinical excellence with team development, service delivery, and strategic input into the growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a team of physiotherapists and support staff
- Oversee clinical standards, governance, and continuous quality improvement
- Support the development of specialist services (e.g. Pilates, rehabilitation programmes)
- Contribute to business development, patient retention strategies, and service innovation
- Lead and participate in in-house CPD, supervision, and team training
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with CSP and HCPC standards
About You
- HCPC and CSP-registered Physiotherapist with significant post-graduate MSK experience
- Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a clinical setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing other clinicians
- Pilates training or experience highly desirable
- Experience in private practice or understanding of private healthcare delivery advantageous
