If you take real pride in a beautifully cooked breakfast and want to set the tone for the day in a brilliant kitchen, we'd love to hear from you. We're The Green Man in Stanford, a 220-cover gastro pub and hotel opening soon. We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to own the morning and lunch service.
We need someone who can turn out consistently great cooked breakfasts for hotel guests and walk-ins alike – proper eggs, crispy bacon, perfect poach – and keep a tidy, organised section while doing it.

What we're looking for:
- proven experience as a breakfast chef in a hotel, gastro pub, or quality restaurant
- speed, consistency, and cleanliness
- someone who can run a busy morning service solo or with a small team
- good prep discipline – breakfast set up, mise en place, stock rotation
- comfortable on lunch prep or service support when needed
- high standards on cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
