Residential Property Solicitor | Southport | 2+ PQE | £45,000+
I’m currently recruiting for a highly regarded, award-winning law firm that is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Southport team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 2+ PQE solicitor looking for a varied caseload, strong client contact and genuine career progression within a supportive and people-focused firm.
The Role
You’ll manage your own residential property caseload, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Advising and updating clients and agents
- Drafting legal documentation
- Managing matters through to completion
- Developing strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
- Supporting business development and marketing activity
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years PQE in Residential Property
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good IT and case management system experience
- The ability to work autonomously in a busy environment
- SOS experience would be advantageous
