Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Salesforce CRM software
- Analyse client data to identify opportunities for account growth and optimisation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and fulfilment of client needs
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and analysis reports
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular updates for stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Background or interest in financial services is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
