About the Role
T & A Developments 2019 Ltd is looking for a highly skilled, reliable Joiner to join our team on a permanent basis. We specialise in high-quality developments, with a particular focus on loft conversions and structural roofing.
What we are looking for:
- Specialist Knowledge: You must be confident with loft conversions and structural roofing (cut and pitch roofs, dormers, etc.).
- Quality Finish: We take pride in our work and expect a high standard of first and second-fix joinery.
- Independence: The ability to work from drawings and manage your time effectively on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Joinery (specifically structural/roofing).
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Own tools and transport.
- No CSCS required (Private/Domestic projects).
