Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective online and offline marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management abilities to execute campaigns across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance using Excel, analysing data to inform future strategies.
- Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organised records of marketing activities and campaigns for future reference.
Skills
- Resources and networks within immigrant communities in the UK
- Experience in the mental health or healthcare industry is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent client management, communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in social media management tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics
- Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and practices.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Contents creating and video-editing skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads for effective campaign management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
