Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School (Wythenshawe)
Location: Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester

Contract Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £115 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Wythenshawe. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
- Assist in planning and preparing classroom activities and resources
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion for all
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor and report on student progress where required
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
- A genuine passion for working with children
