Job Title: Area Manager / Contracts Manager
Salary: £ 35,000 - £40,000 pa depending on experience.

Purpose of role: Ensure all contracts are working to excellent service delivery within wage and materials budgets. Flexibility is required of this role to deal with all staffing & operational issues within the portfolio of contracts. The ideal candidates will take pride in their work and will always go the extra mile to please our clients
Summary of Duties:
The following list is not exhaustive and other duties of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.
- Ensure all contractual specifications & standards are being met by on-site operatives. Practically demonstrate full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
- Complete cleaning audits as directed within the company agreed timeframes.
- Maintain cleaning supplies ensuring staff can carry out their tasks effectively
- Ensure all ordering of materials is via approved sources & within agreed budgets
- Ensure all equipment is on site and operationally in order as per contract specification & practically demonstrate full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients
- Recruitment, Training & Development of your team ensuring all identification checks, contracts and RAMS are signed and in date.
- To adhere to the Company health and safety policies and procedures
- Have a hands on approach to your role
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained
- Manage the mobile cover cleaner where required
- Ensure all payroll information and starter / leaver information is sent on time
- Cover when all other options have been exhausted.
