We are a small department store situated at the heart of Tywyns' High Street on the beautiful mid-Wales coast. We have grown steadily over the years and we now offer a huge range of products across 20 different departments such as toys, gifts, hardware, pets and party ware.
We have completed a long term investment programme to refurbish and extend the store and opened a coffee shop which has cemented our role as a 'destination' store at the heart of our community. There are further plans afoot to increase our prescence in the town and so we need more people to join us on this exciting journey.
Job description
Are you enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service? Are you patient and dedicated, calm under pressure, have an eye for detail and are looking for a role within a small, friendly company? Then we want to hear from you!
You'll need to be hard working, reliable and flexible to fit within our small team. Previous sales experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided. This role involves customer service, accurately operating our EPOS till system, stock replenishment, store cleaning, returns management and so forth. The role also includes helping in our coffee shop as and when required. We are open 7 days a week so weekend and seasonal bank holiday working hours are included in the role so please only apply if this suits your expectations!!
