About the Opportunity
Plas Dinas Country House is entering an incredibly exciting period of growth. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Breakfast & Afternoon Tea Server to join our award-winning team at The Gunroom Restaurant.
Set within the historic former home of the Armstrong-Jones family, Plas Dinas offers ten individually styled five-star bedrooms and a renowned dining experience. As a member of our Front of House team, you aren't just a server—you are a storyteller and a key part of the guest experience in one of North Wales' most beautiful settings.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our guests as they begin their day, ensuring their stay is memorable from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, attentive, and professional breakfast service.
- Expertly crafting beverages and serving our signature Afternoon Tea.
- Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and "five-star" presentation in the dining room.
- Anticipating guest needs to make them feel truly "at home" in our historic surroundings.

- Language Skills: The ability to speak Welsh is a wonderful asset, though not essential.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right spirit.

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
