We are recruiting caring and reliable Home Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes across Farnham and nearby areas, helping them remain independent and live with dignity.

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
You will:

Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)

Support with meals, medication prompts, and daily routines

Assist individuals with autism and complex needs

Support with clinical tasks (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy – training provided)

Promote independence, dignity, and choice

Build positive relationships with clients and families

Maintain accurate care records
✔ Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
✔ Experienced carers or those new to care seeking a meaningful career
✔ Experience with elderly care, autism, or complex needs (desirable)
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Do you offer guaranteed hours?
Yes – 15 to 35 hours per week, confirmed in writing.
Can I earn more than my contracted hours?
Yes – overtime is available based on your availability.
I’m new to care – can I apply?
Absolutely. We provide full paid training, induction, and shadowing support.
What support will I receive?
You’ll have a dedicated local team, regular supervision, and ongoing support.
Do I pay for my DBS?
No – we cover the cost.
