Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Use janitorial equipment safely and effectively, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning machines
- Support team efforts during special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
