Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Indo Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indo Chinese dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and improve existing menu items
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all food preparation areas
- Manage ingredient inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper storage of perishable items
- Assist in meal planning, portion control, and ensuring timely service during busy hours
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Serve dishes with attention to detail, ensuring each plate meets quality expectations before serving to customers
Experience
- Proven experience as an Indo Chinese chef or similar culinary role with a focus on Asian fusion cuisine
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Previous experience in restaurant service or serving is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality
