```Duties:``` - Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all areas - Assign and delegate tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective completion of duties - Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards - Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards - Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement ```Skills:``` - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and other departments - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices for housekeeping operations - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts as they arise Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
