The Administration Assistant is part of the Hazera UK Customer Service Team and reports to the Hazera UK Customer Service and Logistics manager; there are five main accountabilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
· Organise and maintain filing systems, both digital and paper-based.
· Assist with preparing documents, labels, shipping paperwork and customer packs.
· To support with the processing and scanning of quality certificates, invoices and delivery documents.
· Assist with general office duties, including occasional light physical activities to assist with preparing display equipment etc. for company field events.
- As Administration Assistant at Hazera Seeds UK Ltd you will provide administrative, clerical, and customer support, ensuring smooth operations across Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain activities.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing queries to the correct team.
· Assist the Customer service team with simple order entry, checks or record updates (training provided).

Pay: £23,700.00-£25,000.00 per year
