Self-Employed Parcel Delivery Driver (Own Vehicle Required)
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated Self-Employed Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.
This role requires the use of your own vehicle (car or van) and offers flexible earning potential with full training and ongoing support provided.
Full-Time Drivers
- Monday to Saturday work available.
- Full-time drivers will be allocated their own permanent delivery route.
Part-Time Drivers
- Flexible working days available.
- Part-time drivers will be assigned parcels on cover routes for the days they choose to work.
Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and plan your delivery route efficiently.
- Scan and sort parcels for delivery.
- Load parcels into your own vehicle.
- Deliver parcels safely and professionally to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the business.
Pay & Earnings
- Paid per parcel delivered, not per hour.
- Expected earnings of approximately £17–£21 per hour once fully trained and established on your route.
- Payments are made on a self-employed basis directly into your bank account.
- Two weeks’ payment is held in hand initially.
- Thereafter, payments are made every Monday (typically around 3:00pm).
Delivery Areas
- While specific areas cannot be guaranteed initially, we will always aim to allocate work as close as possible to your preferred location.
- Delivery routes are typically compact, covering approximately 1.5–2 square miles.
Training & Support
- Full training is provided from day one.
- Ongoing support is available at all times from our experienced management team.
- We are always available by phone should you require assistance while out on the road.

Requirements
- Own reliable vehicle (car or van).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
