Medical & Dental Finance Broker
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 Basic + £5,000 Car Allowance + Uncapped Quarterly Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join a growing, well-established financial services business specialising in the medical and dental sectors.
This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work with business owners and healthcare professionals, arranging funding for acquisitions, business growth, refinancing and expansion. You'll benefit from a strong pipeline of opportunities, an established lender network, and the support of an experienced, collaborative team.
You'll be responsible for:

Advising clients on commercial finance solutions tailored to their needs.

Sourcing and negotiating competitive funding packages through a wide lender panel.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.

Managing multiple transactions from enquiry through to completion.

Developing new business opportunities while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Ensuring all activity is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in commercial finance, banking or business finance broking.

Knowledge of the medical and/or dental sectors (preferred but not essential).

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.

The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
