Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational ability, and a strong understanding of the lettings market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead negotiations, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our property portfolio. The position is fully paid and suitable for individuals with prior experience in property lettings or estate agency environments.
Duties
- Lead and manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy agreement completion
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Prepare and manage tenancy documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Develop and maintain a robust database of prospective tenants and landlords
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online portals and social media platforms
- Organise viewings, appointments, and follow-up communications efficiently
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members where applicable
Qualifications
- Proven experience in estate agency lettings or property management, with a strong track record of successful negotiations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Organised with strong administrative experience to manage multiple clients and properties effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not essential

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
