The Role
The Store Manager will have full responsibility for store performance including sales growth, profitability, customer service, stock management, team leadership and operational compliance.
Duties
- Deliver sales, gross profit and operational targets
- Recruit, train and develop store colleagues
- Control labour costs, stock losses and waste
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years management experience in supermarket, grocery, retail or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
