Commercial Property Solicitor / Paralegal
Hatch Brenner Solicitors is seeking a proactive, confident and well-organised Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join our established Property Team.
The successful candidate will support a varied commercial property caseload and, depending on experience, manage their own matters with appropriate supervision. The role will involve working closely with clients, colleagues and other professionals to deliver a responsive, efficient and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with and managing commercial property sales and purchases
- Acting on commercial leases, lease renewals and assignments
- Carrying out title investigations, searches and due diligence
- Drafting contracts, leases and other property documentation
- Raising and responding to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Managing completion and post-completion requirements, including SDLT and Land Registry applications
- Maintaining accurate files, meeting deadlines and following compliance procedures
You will also contribute to the continued growth of the department by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting marketing activities and encouraging cross-referrals across the firm.
