Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering professional recommendations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.
- Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications.
- Proficiency in nail treatments, and other beauty therapies.
- BIAB experience preferred
- Reliable,proffessional and well presented.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for beauty therapy and helping clients feel their best.
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment, demonstrating reliability and punctuality. creativity and professionalism are celebrated.
