Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join a primary school. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily business functions. Prior office experience and strong organisational skills are highly valued in this position.
We are an APSCo Member and all candidates must pass full screening and vetting.
This is a dual-role position combining both reception and administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will therefore have strong experience in both areas, particularly within a school or education setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in administration and front-of-house/reception roles
- Previous experience working in a school or educational environment is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy reception area while supporting wider administrative functions
- Candidates must be genuinely interested in the role and committed to the responsibilities outlined
Pay: From £16.70 per hour
