Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor event areas and identify potential security risks.
- Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizations for attendees, staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Perform loss prevention duties by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities or emergency services as needed.
- Enforce event policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
- Carry out first aid when necessary, providing immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, surveillance logs, and access records to ensure accurate documentation of all security activities.
Skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies or disturbances.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and attendees.
- First aid certification or the ability to provide basic emergency medical assistance.
