We are recruiting a Night Team Leader to join our Residential Service in Burton upon Trent (DE15).
At Godfrey Care, we support adults with complex learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may at times be challenging. We provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and quality of life.
As a Night Team Leader, you will lead the night shift, support your team, ensure high standards of care are maintained, administer medication, complete records, respond to incidents, and help create a safe, calm, and positive environment for the people we support.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, or similar leadership role
- Experience supporting individuals whose behaviours may at times be challenging
- Ability to lead a team and work independently during night shifts
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role)
