Associate Dentist – EB Dental Kentish Town
EB Dental Kentish Town is looking for an ambitious Associate Dentist to join our growing team in a modern, fully digital, state-of-the-art clinic.
The practice is equipped with iTero, CBCT scanner, 3Shape, SprintRay 3D printers, brand new dental chairs and a strong digital workflow. We have an excellent clinical team including a Specialist Oral Surgeon, Specialist Endodontist and Specialist Orthodontist, with strong internal referral pathways.
EB Dental is recognised as a Centre of Excellence for implant dentistry, All-on-4 treatment and X-Guide dynamic guided implant surgery. This gives the right clinician the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with access to advanced treatment planning, complex cases and multidisciplinary dentistry.
The role would suit a dentist who wants to build a strong long-term patient list, deliver high-quality NHS and private dentistry, and grow their private work with the support of our Treatment Coordinator and experienced nursing team. Nurses are trained to take digital impressions and support clinicians with patient journeys and treatment planning.
We also have a therapist working alongside GDPs to support NHS patient care, as well as a hygienist on site. This helps create a strong team-based approach and gives clinicians more time to focus on quality treatment, private dentistry and patient communication.

Requirements
Strong focus on quality dentistry and patient care
Good restorative and aesthetic skills
Interest or experience in Invisalign is desirable
Ability to communicate clearly with patients and present treatment options properly
Motivated to grow a private list alongside an NHS background
Able to build long-term relationships with patients
Good team player with a professional attitude
We are looking for someone who is able to invest time with patients, explain options clearly and help convert suitable private treatment plans in an ethical and professional way.
We are also opening a new practice around 20 minutes from EB Dental Kentish Town, creating further opportunities for the right clinician to expand their private work and grow with the group long term.
