Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team. Duties
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages in accordance with company standards, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks
- Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, equipment, and seating space
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as organising supplies or light kitchen duties when required
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly
- Support team members with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure consistent service quality
Experience
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the food industry is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous
- Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude is preferred
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock levels are necessary
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods are essential
