The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our back of house team. As a vital part of the kitchen, you’ll help keep things running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the chefs, and ensuring the kitchen environment is safe and organised. The role could extend to anything that the business may need to run on a busy day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep all kitchen and back of house areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
- Wash and organise dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
- Support chefs by helping with basic food prep when needed
- Empty bins, clean kitchen surfaces, and manage waste correctly
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy service periods
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is essential
