Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, fostering a positive environment for gymnasts to develop their skills, and ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.

Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels.
- Provide personalised feedback and guidance to gymnasts to support their progress.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages confidence and teamwork among participants.
- Assist with organising competitions, displays, and special events as required.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop programme content and improve coaching techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of equipment and training areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly within gymnastics or similar disciplines.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts of diverse ages and abilities.
- recognised Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Commitment to safeguarding standards and promoting a positive sporting environment.

Pay: £18.95-£25.00 per hour
