We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join us at Equinox on a full-time basis, five days a week, including at least one weekend day. The recruitment timeline for this role is 2-4 weeks, ideally starting after the Summer period.
The ideal candidates will be willing to work within our close-knit team in what can be a very busy and sometimes physically demanding role as the shop is set over several floors.
The ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, a creative mindset for producing shop displays and experience working in busy, customer facing roles .
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle and process deliveries
- Collaborate with colleagues producing attractive displays
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
