Audio Typist / Secretary – Private Client Department
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Audio Typist/Secretary to join our busy Private Client team at a well-established solicitors’ firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and preparing accurate letters and legal documents within set timescales.
- Ensuring all correspondence and documents are saved and filed both electronically and in paper format on client files.
- Handling incoming calls from clients and third parties in a professional and helpful manner.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- A professional, friendly approach when dealing with clients.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Pay: From £24,500.00 per year
