Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing clients orders efficiently
- Dealing and resolving client queries
- Communicating out of stock lines to clients
- Monitoring and updating back order reports
- Updating your Line Manager on day-to-day business throughput notifying performance of any prospective or concerning feedback
- Answering incoming calls professionally and within in a timely manner
- Maintaining a professional and polite working practise at all times
- Excellent time keeping and attendance skills
The role will be fully trained, but you must have proficient skills with IT & Excel

Pay: £24,790.00 per year
