Pizza Team Member in Wigston
We are looking for an experienced Pizza Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in dough stretching, who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stretching and shaping fresh dough by hand
- Preparing and topping pizzas to brand standards
- Confidently using a pizza peel to manage oven workflow
- Cooking pizzas efficiently during busy service
- Supporting prep, stock rotation, and cleaning
- Maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
What We are Looking For
- Proven experience stretching fresh dough by hand
- Experience using a peel and managing oven service (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and punctual
- Available for evenings and weekends
