Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of hospitality
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, and all FOH staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards of food and drinks being delivered to our customers
- Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing waste
- Train new employees on service procedures, food safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted service
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques including food presentation and menu development is a plus
- Previous barista experience or experience working behind the bar is advantageous
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
