Location: StudioB, Mill Hill, North West London
Contract: Full-Time | Studio-Based (5 Days Per Week)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
At StudioB, we believe our best work happens when we're together. Collaboration, creativity and momentum are at the heart of how we work, so this role is based full-time from our studio. While occasional flexibility may be appropriate, regular home working should not be expected.
StudioB is where exceptional people tell and create exceptional stories. We partner with global brands, create award-winning work and are building the next generation of original IP and entertainment.
As Executive Assistant to our Founder & CEO, Brandon Baum, you'll become one of Brandon's closest and most trusted partners, creating the space, structure and momentum that enables him to perform at his very best.
Working alongside our Founder's Associate, you'll ensure Brandon’s time is protected, his priorities run seamlessly, and nothing falls through the cracks. Together you'll form a trusted support partnership, with the Founder's Associate leading strategic priorities and business execution, while you ensure Brandon's day-to-day world runs effortlessly.
This isn't a traditional Executive Assistant role where you're waiting for instructions. You'll anticipate needs before they're asked, solve problems before they arise, and create the space Brandon needs to focus on leading StudioB.
Create a calm, high-performance operating system around Brandon that protects his attention, ensures every important commitment is prepared and executed, and reallocates at least 5 hours each week towards StudioB’s highest-value creative, commercial and leadership priorities.
You'll create calm within a fast-moving environment, expertly managing the moving parts behind the scenes so that Brandon can concentrate on the work that has the greatest impact on our business.
Your role is to ensure the CEO’s time is spent where he creates the greatest value for StudioB, owning Brandon's diary with absolute precision, ensuring his time is optimised for maximum impact.
You'll:
Manage an exceptionally busy calendar across business and personal commitments.
Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
Protect time for strategic thinking, creative work and key leadership priorities.
Coordinate meetings, calls and appointments across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure Brandon is fully prepared for every meeting with the right information at the right time.
You'll become a trusted extension of Brandon's communication style, ensuring responses are thoughtful, timely and aligned with his priorities.
You'll:
Triage emails and messages.
Draft professional correspondence.
Prioritise incoming requests.
Redirect work where appropriate.
Ensure communication flows efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships internally and externally.
Including:
Domestic and international travel.
Multi-stop itineraries.
Flights, accommodation and transport.
Restaurant reservations.
Visa coordination where required.
Last-minute changes and problem-solving.
Detailed travel itineraries.
You'll help ensure Brandon's personal life runs as smoothly as his professional one.
This includes:
Personal travel.
Deliveries and reservations.
Personal expenses and administration.
Handling confidential personal matters with absolute discretion.
Working closely with the Founder's Associate, you'll create a seamless support function around Brandon.
Together you'll:
Ensure Brandon's time is spent on the highest-value priorities.
Coordinate diaries, priorities and logistics.
Share information quickly and proactively.
Anticipate challenges before they become problems.
Keep the executive office operating smoothly, professionally and efficiently.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems independently and continuously improve how our executive office operates. We value people who take ownership, use sound judgement and don't wait for permission to make things better.
You thrive on creating order from complexity.
You're naturally organised, exceptionally proactive and always thinking several steps ahead. You enjoy solving problems before anyone else notices them and take genuine pride in making other people successful.
You are:
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Calm, composed and adaptable under pressure.
Warm, professional and an excellent communicator.
Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Comfortable working at pace and changing direction quickly.
Discreet, trustworthy and highly dependable.
Someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
You're equally comfortable organising an international leadership offsite as you are solving an unexpected last-minute challenge. Whatever needs doing, you approach it with professionalism, ownership and care.
You enjoy working at speed and understand that priorities can change several times in a day. Rather than finding that stressful, you're energised by it.
Significant experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive as an Executive Assistant.
Outstanding diary, inbox and stakeholder management experience.
Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proven ability to manage highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack and modern productivity tools.
Confidence using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and streamline administration.
Experience supporting senior leaders within a creative agency, production company, media business, entertainment company or fast-paced founder-led business is strongly preferred. Candidates who understand the rhythm of creative production, client delivery and founder-led decision-making will thrive in this environment.
Within your first 6 months, you will:
Create a seamless, highly organised executive office that enables Brandon to operate at his best.
Ensure Brandon's calendar is optimised around the company's highest priorities.
Keep communication flowing efficiently while reducing unnecessary interruptions.
Deliver flawless travel, logistics and executive administration.
Build a trusted partnership with the Founder's Associate, becoming an extension of Brandon's leadership support team.
Anticipate issues before they arise and resolve them quietly in the background.
Enable Brandon to spend significantly more time on strategic leadership, creativity and business growth.
You genuinely enjoy helping others perform at their best.
You notice the details that others miss and find satisfaction in making complex days feel effortless.
You're calm when plans change, adaptable when priorities shift and energised by working in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.

You genuinely love helping other people succeed.
You thrive in fast-moving, ambitious environments.
You enjoy creating order from complexity.
You're naturally curious and always looking for a better way of doing things.
You find satisfaction in making everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.
You love variety and no two days being the same.
You're excited by building something exceptional rather than maintaining the status quo.
At StudioB, you'll have a front-row seat to one of the UK's fastest-growing creative studios, working directly alongside our Founder & CEO and Leadership Team.
You'll become part of a supportive, ambitious and collaborative environment where your contribution will have a visible impact every single day.
Ongoing one-to-one coaching to support your performance, growth and wellbeing.
