Graphic Designer – Signage & Vehicle Branding

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Ilford, East London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the signage industry and a passion for creating high-quality visual solutions.
You will be responsible for designing artwork for a wide range of signage, vehicle graphics, and branding projects while working closely with clients to deliver creative and practical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design artwork for signs, vehicle wraps, van branding, window graphics, wall graphics, and other large-format print projects.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative design solutions.
- Produce proofs and amend artwork in line with client feedback.
- Ensure all artwork meets production specifications and deadlines.
- Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (essential).
- Previous experience within the signage and large-format print industry.
- Experience designing car and van branding/wraps.
- Experience dealing directly with clients, both in person and over the phone/email.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working to deadlines.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience operating Roland large-format printers.
- Knowledge and experience using Roland VersaWorks RIP software.
- Understanding of large-format print production, vinyl cutting, and signage materials.
- Experience preparing artwork for print, cutting, and installation.
