Job Description
G6S Security Limited is an award-winning security business specialising in security services, CCTV systems, alarm solutions, and data protection. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Part-Time Project Coordinator to support and coordinate projects across the business, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with our award-winning standards.
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing project workflows, communication, and documentation while working closely with directors, internal teams, clients, and external partners. This role requires strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.
We are looking for an experienced individual in Security Project Coordination, someone who is familiar with the Security Sector and programs used such as CRM. Candidate must be willing to complete courses from our partners on time to familiar themselves with the products and services and to keep up to date. Additionally, a candidate that can fulfill projects on time and efficiently to uphold G6S Security Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support multiple projects across security services, CCTV, alarm systems, and data protection
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, efficiently, and to a consistently high professional standard
- Act as a central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, schedules, trackers, and reports
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain clear, professional communication across all project-related correspondence
- Support planning, scheduling, and resource coordination across projects
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and data protection requirements
- Assist senior management with project updates and reporting
- Contribute to improving project processes, efficiency, and quality standards
- Uphold the company’s award-winning reputation through professionalism, accuracy, and accountability
