4 on 4 off, 2 Days 2 Nights, 12 hour shifts
£13.45 - £15.55 per hour
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operatives to join our food manufacturing client in the heart of Shepton Mallet. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Setting up, operating and monitoring machinery used in the production process.
- Mixing and blending ingredient's
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and products to maintain quality standards
- Follow safety protocols diligently, maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing processes
- Previous production or machine experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
