Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Support baristas with drink preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is desirable.
- Experience working in a restaurant environment or as a barista is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage with guests professionally.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to food preparation and customer service.
