General Manager – Lemon Town Café
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our small, passionate team and help take our café to the next level.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves great food, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience every day.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a small team.
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keeping the café organised, clean and running efficiently throughout the day.
- Managing multiple priorities while remaining calm and focused.
- Working closely with the kitchen to maintain quality and introduce exciting new menu items.
- Driving high standards across all aspects of the business.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous management experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Is a natural leader who can inspire and support a small team.
- Has an excellent eye for detail and takes pride in presentation.
- Is highly organised and can confidently juggle several tasks at once.
- Is calm, clear-headed and makes good decisions under pressure.
- Keeps both themselves and their workplace clean, tidy and well organised.
- Is a genuine foodie with a passion for quality ingredients and fresh ideas, and enjoys helping develop new menu items.
- Leads by example with a positive, hands-on attitude.
