About The Beehive
Tucked away on Crawford Street in the heart of Marylebone, The Beehive is a
brand new Irish pub with old soul. We're bringing the warmth, wit, and
genuine hospitality of Ireland to one of London's most vibrant neighbourhoods
— think cosy snugs, a proper pint, and the kind of welcome that makes people
come back again and again.
We're not just a bar. We're a local — and we're looking for someone who
understands the difference.
The Role
We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join
our opening team at The Beehive. You'll be at the heart of everything we do —
pulling perfect pints, mixing quality drinks, and delivering the kind of Irish
hospitality that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in the warmth and generosity of Irish
hospitality
- Assist with training in of more junior staff- must have a high level of knowledge and comfort level with passing this on to others.
– Serve beer, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks to a high standard, with particular care
given to the perfect pour
– Maintain expert knowledge of our drinks menu including Irish whiskeys, craft beers,
and seasonal cocktails
– Engage warmly and authentically with guests — regulars and newcomers alike
– Manage bar stock, assist with ordering, and keep wastage to a minimum
– Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment at all times
– Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
– Uphold all licensing regulations and responsible service of alcohol guidelines
What We're Looking For
– Previous bar experience in a high-volume or quality-led environment
– A genuine love of hospitality and people — you light up a room, not just a bar
– Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, and cocktails; knowledge of Irish drinks culture is
a big plus– Ability to work efficiently under pressure without losing that all-important warmth
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A team player who takes pride in their work and the environment around them
– Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
– Right to work in the United Kingdom

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
