Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take on a pivotal role within a fast-paced, unionised environment? Join the South Eastern Railway HR Team and play a key role in supporting managers through employee relations (ER) matters while driving capability and consistency across the business.
We have two 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunities for the position of Human Resources Business Partner [Employee Relations]. There is the potential for the contracts to be extended in the future.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance to line managers, helping them navigate ER cases in line with Network Rail policies and employment legislation. You'll also play a key part in developing managers through targeted coaching, workshops, and skills development initiatives.
Working closely with HR Direct Services and local HR Business Partners, you'll ensure a collaborative, consistent, and high quality HR service across your region.
