We are looking for an experienced, reliable and organised Breakfast & Brunch Chef to join our café and restaurant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes, completing morning preparation and ensuring orders are served quickly and consistently during busy service periods.
You should be confident preparing eggs, full breakfasts, pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, salads and other modern café-style dishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining food presentation, portion control, stock rotation, cleanliness and food safety standards.
Applicants must have previous experience working as a breakfast, brunch or café chef. You should be able to work independently, remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
The role includes early-morning shifts, weekdays and weekends. Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
